One clear photo with the face visible and well lit. A normal phone photo is fine. A full body shot helps us get the outfit right, but head and shoulders works too. Send it on WhatsApp or in an Instagram DM. If anything is unclear we will tell you before we start.

Always. We send you a preview of the 3D design and we only print once you say yes. If the hair, the outfit or any detail is off, tell us and we fix it first.

The thing customers tell us most when it arrives is that it looks better than the photos. Most people do not expect this level of detail and colour from 3D printing until they hold it. And because you approve the design before we print, the likeness is never a surprise.

Four to six working days from the moment you approve the preview. If you need it for a specific date, say so when you order. We will tell you straight whether we can make it.

Yes. Give us their name, address and phone when you order, and tell us if you want a note included. We never mention the price to them.

Keep it out of a hot car and off a sunny windowsill, because PLA+ softens in sustained heat. Dust it with a dry brush or a cloth. That is all it needs.

12 cm sits nicely on a desk and is the one most people order. 15 cm shows noticeably more detail in the face and the clothing, so it is worth it when the figure is the main gift. 20 cm is a centrepiece. It is taller than most phones and it owns whatever shelf it is on.

Yes. Every figure comes standing on a base, and it is included in the price. If you would rather have it without one, say so when you order and it will stand on its own feet. Adding text to the base, a name, a date or a title of up to about 30 characters, is 2 JOD extra.

Yes. Tell us what you want: a graduation gown, a doctor's coat, a suit, a wedding dress, a sports kit. We design that instead of what is in the photo.

Yes, and it is one of the things we are asked for most. Two people, or parents with the kids, on one shared base with your names or a date. Message us with the photos and we will give you a price before you decide.

It is printed solid in PLA+ and designed compact, with nothing thin sticking out to snap. Pockets and bags are fine. Like any keyring it will pick up small marks over time. That is wear, not breakage.

Yes. The face, the hair and the outfit colours all read clearly. Compared with the 12 cm figure you lose fine detail like shirt prints and shoelaces. If likeness matters most, go bigger. If you want to carry it everywhere, this is the one.

Yes. Teams, graduating classes and wedding favours are exactly what it is good for. Tell us the quantity and the date, and we will confirm the price per piece and the timing.
